Booking Details: This class requires bookings for 2 or more participants. For group bookings, please make the reservation under one name for the entire group. Begin your journey with a fascinating introduction to pizza history, exploring its origins, regional variations, and the evolution of the styles we enjoy today. Our expert Chef Instructor will provide a detailed demonstration before guiding you step-by-step through the process of making your own pizza dough. You will learn how to select the right flour, master basic kneading techniques, and achieve the perfect crust. We’ll be crafting the iconic Margherita pizza, but you’ll also have the opportunity to unleash your inner artist by choosing from a variety of popular toppings to personalize your creation! What to Expect: No Experience Required: Whether you’re a seasoned cooking enthusiast or a first-timer, this class is designed to be fun and engaging for everyone. You can choose to be hands-on in every step or simply enjoy observing and taste testing. All-Inclusive: We provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, which are easily sourced from local markets if you wish to recreate the experience at home. Casual and Fun: Our events are relaxed and enjoyable, offering an instructive yet non-intimidating environment. Additional Information: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will collaborate by sharing ingredients and equipment. Each pair will make one large pizza to share. To ensure a safe and enriching experience for all, children aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are not included in the ticket price. However, guests aged 21+ are welcome to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
